What happens to my battery's warranty when I swap it?
The ownership and original product warranty of your handed-in battery will transfer to the swapped battery. The warranty period will not be extended or renewed.
Who is responsible for swapping The Battery?
You can count on Volt to manage your battery swaps.
Can I get Battery swaps if I'm not going to Roskilde?
Nope – battery swaps are exclusively for Roskilde attendees.
What if I didn't order to Roskilde but still want Battery swaps?
If you didn't get your gear delivered to the festival, you need to buy your swaps through Volt. This can be done online or during the festival.
How do I pick up my purchases at Roskilde?
You collect them from the SOUNDBOKS booth at the festival grounds. Just show your order confirmation and ID when you get there.
